What did the Blackfoot people speak?

The Blackfoot people, who are also known as the Niitsitapi or Blackfeet, speak Blackfoot, also known as Siksika.

It's important to note that "Blackfoot" is actually a collective term for four distinct groups of people:

* Siksika (also known as Blackfoot)

* Piegan

* Blood

* Northern Piegan

While all four groups speak a language within the Algonquian language family, each group's dialect has its own unique characteristics.
