What languages did Albert Einstein spoke?

Albert Einstein spoke German as his native language. He also became fluent in English later in his life, as he spent a significant portion of his career in the United States.

While he wasn't as proficient, Einstein also had some understanding of French and Italian. He even published some of his scientific papers in French.
