Who discovered the Chinese language?

The Chinese language wasn't "discovered" in the way that a new species or scientific phenomenon might be. It evolved over thousands of years, with no single individual credited as its "discoverer."

Here's a more accurate perspective:

* Ancient Origins: The Chinese language has roots dating back to the Shang Dynasty (1600-1046 BC). Written characters found on oracle bones from this era are the earliest known examples of Chinese writing.

* Development and Evolution: Over centuries, the language evolved, with different dialects emerging and the written system becoming more complex.

* No Single "Discoverer": It's more accurate to say that the Chinese language was developed and refined by generations of Chinese people over a very long period of time.

So, instead of thinking of a "discoverer," it's better to consider the Chinese language as a product of cultural development and evolution.
