The traditional Russian phrase for "Bless you!" after someone sneezes is "Будьте здоровы!" (Boo-dye-te zda-ro-vee) which literally translates to "Be healthy!".

You can also use "На здоровье!" (Na zda-ro-vye) which means "To your health!".

Both are common and polite responses to a sneeze.
