What does babai mean in Telugu?

"Babai" is not a common word in Telugu. It's more commonly used in Hindi and other North Indian languages.

In Hindi, "Babai" means "Maternal Uncle" - the brother of one's mother.

In Telugu, the word for maternal uncle is "Mama" or "Mamu".

It's possible that someone might use "Babai" in Telugu if they are familiar with Hindi and want to use a Hindi word for that relation. However, it is not the standard Telugu term.
