How are you in Chinese?

你好 (nǐ hǎo)

This literally means "you good," but it's the standard way to say "hello" or "how are you?" in Chinese.

You can also use 你好吗 (nǐ hǎo ma)? which is more literally "are you good?" but is also perfectly acceptable.
