How do you say hello in Venezuela?

The most common way to say hello in Venezuela is "Hola".

While it's the same as in many Spanish-speaking countries, here are some other ways to greet someone in Venezuela:

* Buenos días (Good morning) - used until noon

* Buenas tardes (Good afternoon) - used from noon until evening

* Buenas noches (Good evening) - used after sunset

* ¿Qué tal? (How are you?) - a more informal greeting

* ¿Cómo estás? (How are you?) - a more formal greeting

* ¿Cómo te va? (How are you doing?) - a very casual greeting

Keep in mind that "tú" (you) is used in Venezuela, except when addressing someone with authority or higher social status.
