When two words spelled the same but have different meanings?

You're describing homographs.

Here are some examples:

* Bat (a nocturnal flying mammal) vs. Bat (a piece of equipment used in baseball)

* Bow (a weapon that shoots arrows) vs. Bow (to bend at the waist)

* Lead (a heavy metal) vs. Lead (to guide)

* Minute (a unit of time) vs. Minute (very small)
