When fingerspelling how do you show that there are two of the same letter?

You don't show two of the same letter when fingerspelling. You simply spell the letter once.

For example, if you were fingerspelling the word "book," you would spell it "B-O-K," not "B-O-O-K."

Fingerspelling is about representing individual letters, not the quantity of letters.
