Words that drop e and adds ity in the end?

You're looking for words that follow the spelling rule where you drop the final "e" and add "ity" to form a noun. Here are some examples:

* able -> ability

* agile -> agility

* capable -> capability

* cruel -> cruelty

* flexible -> flexibility

* fragile -> fragility

* mobile -> mobility

* possible -> possibility

* probable -> probability

* responsible -> responsibility

* simple -> simplicity

* stable -> stability

* subtle -> subtlety

The Rule:

This rule applies to words ending in "-able", "-ible", "-ile", and "-le". The "e" is dropped because it's silent and adding "ity" creates a more pronounceable word.

Note: There are some exceptions, such as "true" becoming "truth" and "whole" becoming "wholeness," but these are less common.
