What part of speech is intelligence?

"Intelligence" can be a few different parts of speech, depending on how it's used in a sentence:

* Noun: When referring to the ability to learn and understand, or to the mental capacity to reason, solve problems, and make decisions.

* Example: "Her intelligence was evident in her quick wit and insightful observations."

* Adjective: When used to describe something as being smart or clever.
