What does another mean?

"Another" can have a few different meanings depending on the context:

1. One more of the same kind:

* "I'd like another slice of pizza, please."

* "Can you give me another example?"

2. A different one:

* "Let's try another approach."

3. Someone or something else:

* "I saw another person walking down the street."
