Who speaks gibberish?

It's not accurate to say that anyone *speaks* gibberish. "Gibberish" refers to nonsensical or unintelligible speech.

Here are some ways people might produce sounds that resemble gibberish:

* Babies: Babies are learning language, and their babbling can sound like gibberish to adults.

* People with speech impairments: Some people with conditions like aphasia or stuttering may have difficulty forming words clearly, which can sound like gibberish.

* People who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs: Alcohol and drugs can impair speech and make it sound incoherent.

* People speaking a language you don't understand: If you don't know a language, the sounds of that language may seem like gibberish to you.

* People speaking in a playful or nonsensical way: Sometimes people use gibberish for fun, like in children's games or for a comedic effect.

It's important to be respectful and avoid labeling someone's speech as gibberish unless you have a clear understanding of their situation.
