Can you give me an declamation piece-Its easy to act?

The Lost Button

(Enter a young girl, visibly distressed, clutching a small, red button)

Girl: (In a worried voice) I've lost my button! Oh, no, oh, no, what will I do?

**(She paces around, looking frantically)

Girl: It was my favorite button! It was red, shiny, and had a little star on it. It was so perfect for my teddy bear's coat. Now, he looks so sad without it!

**(She holds up the teddy bear, a scruffy, well-loved bear with a missing button)

Girl: See? He's missing his button! He's lost his sparkle!

**(She kneels down and looks around dejectedly)

Girl: I looked everywhere! Under the couch, behind the bookshelf, even in the laundry basket! But it's gone!

**(She starts to cry softly)

Girl: What if I never find it? What if my teddy bear is forever sad?

**(She looks up hopefully)

Girl: But maybe… maybe I can find a new button! A button just as special, just as sparkly!

**(She smiles)

Girl: I know! I'll ask my Grandma. She has a whole box of buttons! She might even have a red one with a star on it!

**(She runs off, full of hope)

**(The teddy bear remains seated, looking forlorn, but a tiny smile appears on his face as the girl disappears)

Narrator: (Optional) Sometimes, even the smallest things can make a big difference. And even when we lose something precious, there's always hope for a new beginning.
