Is weird a verb or noun?

"Weird" is primarily an adjective. It describes something as strange, unusual, or odd.

However, there are some cases where it can be used as a noun:

* A weird: This is a more archaic use, referring to a person who is considered strange or eccentric.

* The weird sisters: This refers to the three witches in Shakespeare's *Macbeth*.

It is not typically used as a verb, though you might hear it used colloquially in a sentence like, "That weirded me out!" This is more of an informal way of saying something "made me feel weird".
