Where is the shambles?

"The Shambles" is a historic street in York, England. It's known for its medieval architecture, particularly the overhanging timber-framed buildings that line the narrow street.

It's a popular tourist destination and is famous for its association with the butchers who once worked there, hence the name "Shambles" (referring to the place where animals were slaughtered).
