What is the English of macopa?

Macopa is the English name for the fruit itself.

However, it's also known by a few other names, depending on where you are:

* "Sapodilla plum" is a common name, especially in the US.

* "Manila plum" is another popular name, especially in the Philippines.

* "Genipapo" is the name in Brazil and some other parts of South America.

So, the English of "macopa" is simply "macopa". But if you want a more descriptive name, you can use "sapodilla plum" or "Manila plum".
