For your perusal I have enclosed the following document... Does this sentence make sense?

The sentence "For your perusal I have enclosed the following document..." is grammatically correct but sounds a bit formal and old-fashioned. It would be more common to say:

* "For your review, I have enclosed the following document..."

* "Please find the following document enclosed..."

* "I have included the following document for your review..."

The meaning is the same, but these alternatives are more modern and easier to understand.
